He is NOT returning. At the time, he was planning to enter the NFL supplemental draft.
Whether he enters the draft or not, he will not be returning to TSU as a football player.

The above is a partial list of TSU's roster from the 2009 OVC Media Guide. Anyone notice the Spillman kid still listed as being on the TSU fb team? Maybe the rumors we read here earlier weren't true afterall. I have also noticed that former mtsu fb player TE Alvin Ingle has offically become a TIGER.

Today was the second day for the OVC Football Coaches Media Teleconference.
Webster was on the conference call at 9:30 am today.
Some of Webster's comments:
1. D. Grooms is the #1 QB at this time.
2. The offence will be a little different mainly because of different personnel.
3. The replacement for Jav. Williams is up for grabs with Preston Brown near the top of the list.
4. JaJuan Spillman is enrolled in school. His football eligibility will be determined by this Sat.
